The lightest way into professional extraction

The Mytee S-300 Tempo is the entry point to the Mytee line, and for a lot of operators it is the only machine they need.

It is light enough to carry in one hand. It draws little enough power to run on any ordinary outlet. It delivers 55 PSI and 85 inches of water lift from a 1-gallon tank, which is enough for spot work, seats, floor mats, and interior touch-ups on vehicle after vehicle.

If you are starting a detailing business, adding interior work to an existing service, or you need a second machine for quick calls, this is the one that costs the least to say yes to.

The honest question: heated or not

You are almost certainly deciding between this and the heated version, so here is the straight comparison.

Specification Mytee S-300 Mytee S-300H
Heater None 600 watts to 210°F
Solution tank 1 gallon 1 gallon
Water lift 85 inches 85 inches
Airflow 97 CFM 97 CFM
Pump pressure 55 PSI 55 PSI
Everything else Identical Identical

The machines are the same platform. The only difference is the heater.

Heat does real work. Hot water breaks the bond between soil and fiber instead of diluting it, so body oils and set-in stains lift in one pass rather than three. Fewer passes means less moisture left in the seat and shorter dry time.

Buy the S-300 if your work is light, if you already have a hot water source on site, or if the budget is the deciding factor today. Buy the Mytee S-300H if you clean anything with body oils in it, which in automotive interiors is most seats.

We sell both and we are not going to pretend the heater does not matter. For most detail work it earns its keep quickly.

It runs anywhere

The S-300 plugs into an ordinary outlet.

That sounds unremarkable until you compare it to the rest of the category. Larger heated extractors demand a dedicated 20-amp circuit, and finding one is a real problem in older buildings, apartment garages, and customer driveways.

Office parking structure, second floor with no elevator, residential driveway with one working outlet. The S-300 works in all of them.

Built to be carried, not wheeled

The housing is roto-molded polyethylene. It does not rust, it does not dent, and it survives being thrown in and out of a vehicle every day.

At 20 by 10 by 16.5 inches it fits behind a seat or in a trunk without displacing everything else. It rolls on casters when you want it to, and you can pick it up with one hand when you do not.

The 25-foot power cord reaches across a parking space. The 8-foot vacuum and solution hose keeps the working end close to the tool, which is what detail work actually wants.

Be clear about what it is

The S-300 is a spotter, not a full-interior extractor. Any seller telling you otherwise is setting you up for a frustrating afternoon.

One gallon of solution goes quickly on a heavily soiled interior. At 55 PSI and 85 inches of water lift, it is not going to pull a soaked carpet dry the way a larger machine will.

If you clean multiple full interiors a day, look at the Mytee 8070 instead. It carries 4 gallons, delivers 120 PSI, and pulls 130 inches of lift. It costs more and weighs more, and for high-volume work it pays for both.

Who actually buys this machine

New detailing businesses. It is the lowest-cost entry into real extraction, and it is a genuine professional machine rather than a consumer unit with a warranty that evaporates on commercial use.

Mobile operators running express and interior-only services. One gallon covers spot work across several vehicles. The machine moves in one hand.

Shops that already own a full-size extractor. This becomes the grab-and-go unit for a quick stain call or a delivery-day touch-up, so you are not firing up the big machine for a coffee spill.

Dealership lots and rental counters. Interior touch-ups between customers without pulling a car into the detail bay.

Factory support, direct from Mytee

Mytee builds this machine in San Diego and backs it with factory technical support. For questions about operation, parts, or service on your S-300, Mytee's support team is the fastest and most authoritative resource, and they are the people to call first.

Mytee publishes the full documentation library for the S-300, including the operator manual, parts lists, and wiring schematics.

Buy from an authorized dealer

This part costs people real money, so it is worth stating plainly.

Mytee's warranty policy says that products sold by unauthorized sellers are not covered by manufacturer warranty or support. A gray-market S-300 from a marketplace listing may look like a bargain until the pump fails in month eight and Mytee has no obligation to help.

Rightlook is an authorized Mytee dealer. Buy here and the warranty is intact from day one.

Why buy the Mytee S-300 from Rightlook

Rightlook has been in the auto enhancement industry since 1998. We train operators, we build detail shops, and we have specified equipment for thousands of auto enhancement startups.

That background shapes what we sell and how we sell it. We know which machine fits a two-bay shop versus a mobile rig versus a dealership recon line, because we have set all three up.

If you are deciding between the S-300, the heated S-300H, and the Mytee 8070, reach out before you order and we will walk you through it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Mytee S-300 have a heater?

No. The Mytee S-300 Tempo is the unheated model. The Mytee S-300H is the same machine with a 600-watt heater that brings water to 210 degrees Fahrenheit.

What is the difference between the Mytee S-300 and the S-300H?

The heater, and nothing else. Both machines use the same 2-stage vacuum motor, the same 97 CFM airflow, the same 85 inches of water lift, the same 55 PSI pump, and the same 1-gallon solution tank. The S-300H adds a 600-watt heater.

How many gallons is the Mytee S-300?

The Mytee S-300 has a 1-gallon solution tank, which is what makes it a spotter rather than a full-interior extractor.

Does the Mytee S-300 need a special outlet?

No. The Mytee S-300 runs on a standard household outlet. It does not require the dedicated 20-amp circuit that larger heated extractors need.

Is the Mytee S-300 good for auto detailing?

Yes. The S-300 was built for automotive interiors. The included upholstery tool and 8-foot hose are sized for seats, door panels, floor mats, and cargo areas.

Is the Mytee S-300 a real extractor or just a spotter?

The S-300 is a spotter. It delivers 55 PSI and 85 inches of water lift from a 1-gallon tank, which suits spot cleaning, seats, floor mats, and interior touch-ups. For full interiors back to back, a larger machine such as the Mytee 8070 is the better tool.

What is the difference between the Mytee S-300 and the Mytee 8070?

The 8070 is a full detailing extractor with a 4-gallon tank, 120 PSI, 130 inches of water lift, and a 1,000-watt heater, weighing 45 pounds. The S-300 is a compact unheated spotter with a 1-gallon tank, 55 PSI, and 85 inches of lift. Choose the S-300 for portability, spot work, and lowest cost of entry. Choose the 8070 for full interiors.

Is the Mytee S-300 good for a new detailing business?

Yes. The S-300 is the lowest-cost entry into the Mytee line and is a commercial machine rather than a consumer unit, so it is covered for business use under the Mytee limited warranty.

What is the warranty on the Mytee S-300?

The Mytee S-300 carries a one-year limited warranty on parts and domestic labor for all components, a two-year warranty on major components including the pump and vacuum motor, and a ten-year warranty on the rotationally molded housing and tanks. Coverage begins on the date of purchase and applies to the original purchaser only.

Does the Mytee warranty apply if I buy from a third-party seller?

No. Mytee's limited warranty policy states that products sold by unauthorized sellers are not covered by manufacturer warranty or support. Coverage requires purchase from Mytee or an authorized Mytee dealer or service center. Rightlook is an authorized Mytee dealer.

Who provides technical support for the Mytee S-300?

Mytee provides factory technical support for the S-300 direct from their San Diego facility, along with the full documentation library including the operator manual, parts lists, and wiring schematics.
